Actual Comments from our Sales and Service Customers in October……

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET WITH ME RIGHT AWAY. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLES WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING.

WENT IN AND THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I ALSO CALLED ON SHORT NOTICE AND THEY WORKED ME IN QUICKLY.

I LIKED THE TIMING. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND PROMPT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. THE SERVICE WAS QUICK. IT WAS DONE RIGHT. THE SERVICE PERSON WHO WAITED ON ME WAS REALLY GOOD.

HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR 25 YEARS. THERE HAS BEEN FIVE HONDAS INVOLVED WITH THEM. THEY TREAT ME LIKE I OWN THE PLACE. I LOVE THEM DEARLY. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FIRST-CLASS SERVICE.

I Have Always Gotten Very Good Service At Honda Car Of Rock Hill

They Always Do A Great Job And Are Very Friendly.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. THEY ARE VERY CONSISTENT AND ANALYZE THE PROBLEM. THEY CALL YOU WITH THE PRICE AND TELL YOU WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. YOU CAN PRETTY MUCH COUNT ON THEM. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE.

THEY BEND OVER BACKWARD TO ACCOMMODATE YOU AND ARE FRIENDLY. I WENT IN TO GET A SET OF KEYS AND THE GUY NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR, SO THEY TOOK CARE OF IT THAT DAY.

AS SOON AS I WALKED IN, I WAS GREETED AND ASKED HOW I COULD BE HELPED. I TOLD THEM I HAD AN APPOINTMENT, AND THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK THE KEYS AND SAID THEY WOULD BE RIGHT WITH ME. IT WAS FINISHED WITHIN THE HOUR, AND I WAS ON MY WAY.

I WOULD NOT GIVE ANYTHING A FIVE UNLESS IT WAS EXCELLENT. THE PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH.

EVERYBODY WAS NICE AND VERY THOROUGH. THEY DO WHAT I WANT TO DO AND LET ME KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO. I HAVE NOTHING, BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM. I ACTUALLY WISHED I LIVED IN ROCKHILL, SO I COULD TAKE MY CAR THERE MORE OFTEN.

THEY WERE VERY NICE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I WAS WELL PLEASED AND WELL SATISFIED. THEY ARE DOWN-TO-EARTH PEOPLE. THEY GIVE EVERY EFFORT TO TRY TO HELP YOU.

WE DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO ROCK HILL FOR THEIR SERVICE.

CUSTOMER STATED SAM, THE SALES MGR, WAS VERY NICE AND A LOT HELP. SAM MADE HER EXPERIENCE GREAT.

THE BOTTOM LINE WAS THAT I MADE A CALL AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. THEY HAD MY COURTESY VEHICLE READY WHEN I GOT THERE. THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THEY TREATED MY WIFE AND ME WITH COURTESY AND RESPECT. THAT WAS WHY I WAS STILL DRIVING A HONDA VERSUS THE ACURA. THE EXPERIENCE WITH HONDA AND SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE STAFF WERE BETTER THAN ACURA, EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE SAME CORPORATION.

THEY REALLY HELP ME WHEN I GET A MAINTENANCE SERVICE. THEY HELP ME WITH THE EXPERIENCE AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME.

CUSTOMER STATED HER SALESPERSON, JASON, DID A GOOD JOB. SHE SAID THE SALES MGR, FREDDIE IVEY, WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON WESS WAS VERY HELPFUL. CUSTOMER SAID THEY HAVE BEEN DRIVING HONDAS FOR YEARS AND STATED IT IS A GOOD COMPANY AND A GOOD VEHICLE.

CUSTOMER STATED THE FINANCE MGR WAS REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SUPER NICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS.

I GET GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM. I AM VERY SATISFIED. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS, QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THEY DID THE WORK CORRECTLY.

I Have Been Very Satisfied With The Service Department At Honda Cars Of Rock Hill And With Dave Voci The Assistant Service Manager We Have Worked With.

Honda Cars Of Rock Hill Has Been My Dealership For Nearly 25 Years, And I Trust Them Completely. I Could Not Ask For Better Service.

CUSTOMER STATED HASKELL CHISHOLM WAS AN EXCELLENT SALESPERSON WHO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY.

I WAS WELL PLEASED.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND HAD GREAT HOSPITALITY. IT WAS COMFORTABLE INSIDE. THEY DID EVERYTHING I WANTED.

THE OVERALL SERVICE WAS GOOD. THE STAFF IS GOOD. HOW THEY DEALT WITH THE PEOPLE I GOOD TOO. I ALSO GOT THIS DONE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. THIS DOESN'T USUALLY HAPPEN AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. CONNIE IS EXCELLENT, SO I LOVE WORKING WITH HER. SHE DESERVES A GREAT BIG 10.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY GOOD. THEY REALLY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM.

IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE, THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM.

CUSTOMER STATED FINANCE MANAGER JOHN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE GREAT FEEDBACK ON LOAN AND PACKAGED OPTIONS. APPRECIATED GENERAL MANAGER INTRODUCING HIMSELF. SHE SAID SHE WAS A RETURNING CUSTOMER.

ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THAT DEALERSHIP.

I ALWAYS TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP. THEY ALWAYS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE.

EVERYBODY WAS VERY NICE AND KIND. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN. I LIVE ALONE AND THEY TAKE CARE OF ME.
