More April Sales & Service Customer Comments....

FOR THE SALESPERSON CUSTOMER STATED DAVID WAS EXCELLENT.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON BUDDY WILLIAMS WAS GREAT.

CUSTOMER STATED SALESPERSON JASON WAS EXCELLENT AND GOT HER A GREAT DEAL. SHE SAID THE FINANCE PERSON WAYNE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND DID A GREAT JOB.

THEY TOOK CARE OF IT AND DID WHAT I ASKED. THEY DID THE 90,000 MILE SERVICE ON IT. THEY CAME AND GOT ME AND TOOK ME HOME. WHEN THE CAR WAS FINISHED, THEY CAME AND GOT ME.

IT WAS BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK THERE. IT SEEMED THAT THEY WOULD NOT ONLY SELL ME A CAR, BUT THEY MADE SURE THAT I HAD NO PROBLEMS. WHEN I KNEW THAT I HAD THAT KIND OF SERVICE, I WOULD GO BACK AND BUY ANOTHER ONE. IT WAS UP TO ME TO BUY A CAR. THEY DID NOT PRESSURE ME INTO BUYING ONE, BUT ONLY MADE SURE THAT I GOT WHAT I ASKED FOR.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND COURTEOUS.

I Adore My Fit And Cannot Begin To Express The High Standard Of Customer Service That Was Exhibited By Every Honda Associate I Had Contact With During My Recent Service Visit. Kudos To All.

There Isn’t One Part Of The Visit From The Initial Sale To Servicing That Isn’t Pleasant And Hassle Free.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON MADE SURE EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED WAS THERE AND MADE THE TRANSACTION VERY EASY.

CUSTOMER STATED ALL THE STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. SHE SAID SHE WILL REFER OTHERS TO THE DLR.

Everyone Was Very courteous And The Service Was Done In A Timely Manner. Also, the Staff Was Very Friendly To My Daughter Who Came Along With me.

THEY MET AND EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS.

THEY WERE POLITE, CLEAN, FAST AND FRIENDLY.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. THEY PICKED ME UP AND DROPPED ME OFF. THEY CALLED IF THERE WAS SOMETHING EXTRA TO DO.

My wife and I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Honda Cars of Rock Hill. The salesman (David Threatt) was by far the best salesperson I have ever had the privilege of working with. He should be recognized for his outstanding efforts. His knowledge, attitude, and professionalism are second to none. We also purchased a new Honda CRV in 2004 from Honda cars of Rock Hill and I can honestly tell you that Mr. Threatt performance in sales is superior to any I have ever experienced in my 30+ years of car shopping. He is the reason we keep coming back. I will continue doing business with Honda Cars of Rock Hill, but I will tell all my friends and associates to shop at this dealership as well. Please let David know how much he is appreciated.

THEY REALLY TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUE AND GOT ME OUT IN A QUICK MANNER.

CUSTOMER STATED RON BUCHANNAN, THE SALESPERSON, WAS GREAT.

THEY WORKED WITH US TO WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING.

THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. I ALWAYS WORK WITH CHRIS RICE, AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM.

Additional April Sales & Service Customer Comments...

EVERYONE WAS VERY COURTEOUS. MY CAR CAME BACK TO ME PERFECTLY. IT WAS VERY QUICK.

THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT. I TOOK IT IN AND THEY DID WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY WAITED ON ME AT THE DOOR, LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR AND GAVE ME A LOANER. IT WAS BACK TO ME SOONER THAN I ANTICIPATED.

WHEN I WENT IN, I WAS MET AT THE DOOR. THEY TOLD ME THE SERVICE WOULD TAKE 45 MINUTES, BUT THEY HAD IT DONE IN 30 MINUTES. I WAS WAITED ON IMMEDIATELY AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON PETE MCCLEAVE WAS GREAT. HE SAID THE BUSINESS MGR WAS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT.

CUSTOMER STATED THE FINANCE MGR WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE.

CUSTOMER STATED RUSS THE SALESPERSON WAS GREAT.

Colby Simpson Helped Me With My Vehicle. He Went Above And Beyond To Make Sure My Car Was Repaired In A Timely Manner. He Offered Me The Use Of A Loaner Vehicle Since Mine Would Be There A Few Days. I Took It In On A Friday Afternoon And Since They Did Not Have That Particular Part It Was Nice To Have A Vehicle Over The Weekend. Actually My Car Was Ready For Pick Up 1 Day Sooner Than He Had Originally Told Me. Colby Will Be The One That I Go To From Now On For Any Service That I Need Done To My Car. He Is Very Pleasant, Smiles And Goes Above And Beyond.

Very Pleased With the Service. My Daughter Also Has Her Honda Services Here. Personnel Are Friendly And Helpful.

I SHOWED UP WITH NO APPOINTMENT. I WAS TREATED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL AND QUICKLY.

I WAS WARMLY WELCOMED AS SOON AS I ARRIVED. EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR UNTIL THE TIME I PAID. THEY EVEN WASHED MY CAR FOR ME.

THE PEOPLE GOT ME IN AND OUT WITHIN THE DAY THAT THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME THE PART WAS IN. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

I RATED IT THAT WAY BECAUSE OF THE SPEED, SERVICE AND QUALITY.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY RUN A TIGHT SHIP OVER THERE.
I WOULD NOT TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE.

THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.

I ALWAYS GET GOOD SERVICE THERE. THEY HELP OUT WHEN THEY CAN. THEY ARE VERY CARING.

SHE STATED THE SALESPERSON GARY THORNBURG WAS GREAT. CUSTOMER STATED SHE IS A REPEAT AND HAS OWNED FOUR HONDAS.

CUSTOMER STATED THERE WERE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT HELPED HER. SHE SAID MR. HASKELL AND ANOTHER PERSON WERE BOTH VERY HELPFUL AND THEY EXPLAINED THINGS TO HER WHERE SHE COULD UNDERSTAND THEM. SHE SAID THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. REGARDING OTHER DEALERSHIP STAFF, SHE SAID THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE VERY NICE. SHE SAID THE PAPERWORK WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY UNDERSTANDABLE. SHE SAID THE CLEANLINESS WAS EXCELLENT. SHE SAID IT WAS VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. CUSTOMER SAID SHE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO A FAMILY MEMBER OR A FRIEND.

CUSTOMER STATED HIS FINANCE MANAGER AT THE OTHER DLR STAFF WAS VERY RELAXED IN HIS SALES APPROACH AND THE CUSTOMER APPRECIATED THAT.

THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND CAN ALWAYS GET ME IN. THEY GET ME OUT QUICKLY.
