I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLES WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING.
WENT IN AND THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I ALSO CALLED ON SHORT NOTICE AND THEY WORKED ME IN QUICKLY.

During the Paris Auto Show the world got its first full view of Honda's Insight Concept model, which shows the design direction that the new dedicated hybrid model will take.
Honda has always intended Hybrid vehicles to be a bridge to a hydrogen powered future, the potential of which has already been demonstrated by the leasing of the first FCX Clarity.
The Insight Concept has clear stylistic links to the world's first production fuel cell car, with both vehicles' forms shaped to maximize their aerodynamic efficiency and therefore reduce fuel consumption.
The Insight Concept is the stylistic inspiration for the production version which will go on sale in 2009. From this unique position in the marketplace, Insight will open hybrid technology to a new generation of customers.
Insight's cost savings are partly possible because processes have been continuously improved to make them faster and therefore more efficient. Honda engineers have refined many aspects of the production process to make them more efficient to perform to increase production capacity and plant efficiency.
A cornerstone of the cost reduction is the refined version of Honda's award winning IMA system, combining an electric motor with a refined, low emission and efficient petrol engine. This petrol-electric engine and CVT gearbox together give low CO2 and NOx emissions, and also achieves inherently excellent refinement.
Along with the Civic Hybrid, the new vehicle will be produced at Honda's Suzuka factory in Japan which recently has expanded hybrid motor production line.
CO2 emissions and fuel economy are targeted to be at a similar level to the existing Civic Hybrid, giving drivers a flexible and highly practical lower environmental impact car. At its expected price point, Insight will have a unique combination of passenger space, luggage capacity, emissions and economy.
The Insight will form the first part of Honda's new hybrid strategy, which will see a further dedicated hybrid model, derived from the CR-Z show car, and a hybrid version of the Jazz. The strategy will make hybrids both more accessible and more appealing to a range of customer types.
The Insight Concept is the culmination of two decades of hybrid gas electric hybrid research and development. The Insight production vehicle will go on sale in Europe, Japan and North America during the first half of 2009.

The Accord is available as a two-door coupe or four-door sedan powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder or 3.5-liter V6 engine rated at 271 horsepower. These four-cylinder engines are mated to a five-speed manual or automatic transmission for both styles and the V6 sedan is available only in five-speed automatic transmission. Honda will reveal a concept version of its new small hybrid vehicle, to be named Insight, at the 2008 Paris International Auto Show, October 2, the company announced today. The new Insight Concept shares styling cues with the Honda FCX Clarity fuel cell vehicle and will provide an early look at the highly-anticipated five-passenger hybrid vehicle. Going on sale in the U.S. next spring, the all-new purpose-built Insight will come to market at a price significantly below hybrids available today. From this unique position in the marketplace, the Insight will advance the affordability and accessibility of hybrid technology to a new generation of buyers. "The original Honda Insight pioneered hybrid technology in the U.S. and remains a symbol of Honda's commitment to innovative technology and fuel efficiency," said Takeo Fukui, Honda Motor Co., Ltd. CEO. "This new Insight will break new ground as an affordable hybrid within the reach of customers who want great fuel economy and great value." The Insight Concept defines a new stage in the evolution of hybrid technology by utilizing a more cost-efficient version of Honda's Integrated Motor Assist™ (IMA™) hybrid technology, resulting in a new level of affordability for hybrid customers worldwide. All 2009 Civic sedan and coupe models boast redesigned exterior styling features, including a new front bumper cover and grille design and new headlight and taillight color combinations, featuring clear turn indicator lenses with amber bulbs. Four engine and four transmission choices range from a 140-horsepower, 1.8-liter i-VTEC engine (Civic DX, DX-VP, LX, EX and EX-L), with either a 5-speed manual or an available 5-speed automatic transmission, to a 197-horsepower, 2.0-liter i-VTEC engine (Civic Si) with a 6-speed manual transmission. The Civic Hybrid is powered by a 1.3-liter i-VTEC engine with Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) gasoline-electric hybrid technology to enhance both fuel economy and performance, and is equipped with a continuously variable transmission. The Civic GX is powered by a dedicated natural gas version of the Civic's 1.8-liter i-VTEC engine - and is equipped with a 5-speed automatic transmission. Built on a high-rigidity unit-body platform, the Civic is designed to deliver precise, sharp and refined handling performance with its MacPherson strut front suspension and multi-link rear suspension.
The Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System2, available on Civic EX, EX-L, Si and Hybrid models, has a 6.5-inch motorized display that opens and closes for access to the internal single-disc CD player, and a digital audio-card reader that can play MP3 and Windows Media®3 Audio (WMA) files from CompactFlash®4 cards (via a PC card adapter). The navigation system features more than 7 million points of interest and the voice activation can control the navigation menus and the audio system, along with entering city and street names. New for 2009, the system includes Bluetooth HandsFreeLink, a wireless telephone interface that works with Bluetooth-enabled mobile telephones for hands-free operation via steering wheel-mounted controls.
Auxiliary audio input jacks are standard equipment on Civic LX and above trim levels and allow for portable music device playback through the audio system. The Civic LX Coupe has a six-speaker 160-watt audio system with a CD player (four speakers for the LX sedan). All audio systems are capable of playing MP3 and WMA formatted CDs. Standard Speed-sensitive Volume Control (SVC) automatically adjusts the volume based on vehicle speed. Audio displays include CD/MP3 text readout, and all coupes (except for the DX) plus the Civic Si Sedan provide a customizable welcome screen (exclusively on models without the available navigation system).
Civic Sedan and Civic Coupe (1.8-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine)
Providing Civic buyers with two new sedan options, the 2009 line-up presents the all-new Civic DX-VP and Civic LX-S. The Civic DX-VP Sedan adds air conditioning, an AM/FM/CD audio system and an auxiliary input jack, in addition to the standard 140-horsepower 1.8-liter SOHC i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine, 5-speed manual transmission (5-speed automatic available), power windows, 15-inch steel wheels with covers and P195/65R15 tires.
Standard features on the Civic LX include air conditioning, cruise control, power door locks, 16-inch steel wheels with covers, P205/55R16 tires, keyless entry, a 4-speaker 160-watt AM/FM Audio System with CD player (MP3/WMA enabled), auxiliary audio input jack, center console with sliding armrest, progressive blue illumination instrument panel meters, auto up and down driver's power window, and a folding rear seat.
In addition to the well-equipped Civic LX features, the Civic LX-S Sedan upgrades to alloy wheels, exclusive sport-trimmed black cloth seats with synthetic suede bolsters and silver stitching, leather-wrapped steering wheel, a rear deck spoiler and a chrome exhaust finisher.
The Civic EX Sedan and Coupe include newly-designed alloy wheels, a 60/40 split folding rear seat, a one-touch power moonroo, ambient console lighting, steering wheel-mounted audio controls and the availability of the Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System with Voice Activation, which also includes XM Satellite Radio5. The Civic EX-L also comes standard with a leather-trimmed interior, heated seats and heated door mirrors to the Civic EX list of features. The Civic EX and EX-L Coupe exclusively feature a 7-speaker with subwoofer AM/FM audio system with CD player (MP3/WMA enabled). All Civic sedans receive a sporty three-spoke steering wheel for 2009, along with a rear chrome garnish bar above the license plate.
Civic Si Sedan and Coupe (2.0-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine)
The Civic Si Sedan and Coupe serve as the performance cornerstone for the Civic line-up with a 197-horsepower, 16-valve, DOHC 2.0 liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine mated to a close-ratio, 6-speed manual transmission. A helical-type, limited-slip differential enhances traction in high-performance driving situations. The Civic Si sport suspension adds firm spring, damper and stabilizer bar tuning along with exclusive 17-inch alloy wheels and high-performance tires. Exclusive exterior features include a rear wing spoiler (low profile on the sedan) and Si emblems. The sports-oriented interior adds firmly-bolstered, performance-oriented seats with red fabric stitching and synthetic suede trim. Standard fog lights and a restyled alloy wheel design are new for 2009.
Civic Hybrid (1.3-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine with IMA)
The Civic Hybrid with advanced IMA hybrid technology achieves an EPA-estimated city/highway fuel economy of 40/45 miles per gallon6 and is updated for 2009 with the addition of Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) and the availability of leather-trimmed interior which includes heated front seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel and heated side mirrors. The Civic Hybrid is certified by the California Air Resource Board (CARB) as Advanced-Technology Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (AT-PZEV). A continuously variable transmission (CVT) is standard equipment. The Civic Hybrid can deactivate all four of its cylinders and operate using only the electric motor in certain low-speed cruising situations. Power for the Civic Hybrid is provided by a 1.3-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine and a 15 kilowatt electric motor, producing a combined 110-horsepower @ 6000 rpm and combined 123 lb-ft. of torque @ 1000-2500 rpm.
Manufacturing The majority of Civics are produced and assembled in the United States and Canada using domestic and globally sourced parts. Civic Coupe and Civic Si models are solely produced and assembled at the Honda of Canada Manufacturing plant in Alliston, Ontario. Civic Sedan models for the U.S. are primarily produced and assembled at the Honda of America Manufacturing plant in East Liberty, Ohio. Civic Sedans are also produced and assembled at Honda of Canada Manufacturing in Alliston, Ontario. Some Civic Sedans and all Civic Hybrid models are produced and assembled in the Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Suzuka, Japan, manufacturing facility. In fall 2008, Honda's new manufacturing plant in Greensburg, Indiana, will begin Civic production and will have an annual capacity of 200,000 units.

2009 Honda Odyssey
The 2009 Honda Odyssey EX-L and Odyssey Touring (equipped with the i-VTEC V-6 engine with Variable Cylinder Management as standard equipment) have revised horsepower and torque ratings of 244 horsepower and 245 lb-ft. of torque (previously 241 horsepower and 242 lb-ft. of torque). The 2009 Honda Odyssey LX and EX (equipped with VTEC V-6 engine) retain the same rating as 2008 with 244 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque. The 2009 Odyssey EX-L receives a power tailgate; EX-L with Navigation and the DVD Rear Entertainment System add Bluetooth® HandsFreeLink® (same as 2008 Touring). All other features and colors remain unchanged from the 2008 model year. Of minor note, the Odyssey Touring emblem has a new appearance (revised font).
2009 Honda Pilot
Completely redesigned for 2009, the Honda Pilot offers an authentic SUV exterior design while further enhancing on-road refinement and increasing interior functionality. Plus, its refined suspension design and highly-rigid unit body construction contribute to comfortable and engaging road dynamics – a rarity in the pickup world. For 2009, the Ridgeline undergoes a significant makeover with bolder exterior styling, new and updated interior features, and an enhanced engine design. The 250 horsepower 3.5-liter VTEC V-6 engine receives three more horsepower and a broader torque band at lower RPMs primarily through the addition of a new camshaft profile and higher-flowing dual-stage intake manifold. Revised transmission gear ratios are engineered to take advantage of the additional engine torque for more responsive acceleration during normal driving or while towing. I wanted to let you know how wonderful DAVE in your service dept at Rock Hill is. I drive 85 miles one way to work each day. And getting to your dealership for service and getting to work on time is a challenge. I have come to your service dept. twice recently, and both times I was dealt with professionally and promptly by DAVE. I advised him that I needed to be at work by 10am, and both times I was right on time. This is the first time I have owned a Honda , and it will not be my last. I have bought allot of new cars in the past years-with other company's , but never had this great of service, from Dave and all of your staff! Please commend Dave for all of his hard work-he deserves it!

THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT. I TOOK IT IN AND THEY DID WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.
THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY WAITED ON ME AT THE DOOR, LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR AND GAVE ME A LOANER. IT WAS BACK TO ME SOONER THAN I ANTICIPATED.
WHEN I WENT IN, I WAS MET AT THE DOOR. THEY TOLD ME THE SERVICE WOULD TAKE 45 MINUTES, BUT THEY HAD IT DONE IN 30 MINUTES. I WAS WAITED ON IMMEDIATELY AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

Comments : I just had service done on my Accord (my second experience with Honda Cars of Rock Hill). I wanted to take a moment to say that you have an exceptional service department.
I chose to work with Tim Chandler again as he has consistently provided service that's above and beyond any other automobile service organization I've dealt with. He is always professional and friendly. He has provided updates and always follows up promptly.
I noticed little things like fluids being topped off. I would say that you have very competent technicians as I've had problems diagnosed accurately and subsequent repairs done that are well above what I've experienced before.
These add significantly to lifetime customer value and certainly would lead a service customer to the sales department with your dealership. Thank you.

A prototype of the next-generation Honda Pilot was unveiled at the 2008 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
The prototype conveys design features of the more boldly-styled 2009 Pilot, set to debut in spring 2008, which emphasizes authentic SUV styling, clever and more accommodating interior packaging and advanced technologies for safety, fuel efficiency and convenience.
"The Pilot's pioneering formula improves for 2009 by enhancing its combination of refinement and efficiency with even more traditional SUV strengths," said John Mendel, executive vice president of American Honda. "A powerful exterior design communicates strength and allows for more space inside."
Functional eight-passenger seating, a hallmark of the Pilot, becomes even easier to access in the third row as key dimensions for legroom, cargo and occupant space increase in all seating positions. A redesigned platform allows even more refined handling and ride comfort to exist seamlessly with all-weather and medium-duty off-road capabilities. To further enhance safety, the Pilot will feature the Honda-exclusive Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE®) body structure and the most extensive use of high-strength steel in any Honda product to date.
The ACE body structure enhances frontal collision compatibility with vehicles of different sizes and bumper heights. A pedestrian injury mitigation design in the front of the vehicle is designed to help absorb energy in the event of a collision. A crossover SUV platform underpins the Pilot to provide the best of the car and truck worlds by integrating the refined traits and packaging advantages of a unit body car design with the utility and capability of an SUV design. A V-6 engine introduces the latest generation of Honda fuel-saving Variable Cylinder Management (VCM®) technology that operates in 6-cylinder mode for power and 4- and 3-cylinder modes for efficiency, an improvement compared to the existing Pilot's available VCM system that works exclusively in 6- and 3-cylinder modes. Three rows of seats provide a high degree of adaptability for people and large cargo loads. The first row provides a commanding view of the road from two captains' chairs. A wide center stack and center console form the styling anchor for the interior with a design that emphasizes spaciousness and power, while allowing for convenient access to navigation, entertainment and climate-control systems.
The 60/40 split second row, now more spacious, slides further forward for increased ease of access to the third row. The 60/40 split third row, now supplies enough knee room for an above-average-sized adult male to fit comfortably, making the Pilot's third row among the most practical in the industry. Each side of the second and third row independently folds down for cargo. A flat floor is created when the second and third rows are folded down.
The Pilot originally debuted as a 2003 model in July of 2002. Design and development of the 2003 Pilot and the 2009 Pilot were carried out at Honda R&D Americas in Raymond, Ohio, and Torrance, California. The Pilot is assembled* at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama in Lincoln. Among its numerous accolades, the Honda Pilot has earned Car and Driver Magazine's prestigious "5Best Truck" award on six consecutive occasions (2002-2007). I Really Like Both Dave Voci And Connie Underwood. Both Have Helped Me Recently And Both Are Great Assets To The Team. Not Many People Can Name Their Auto Service Customer Service Reps, But Dave And Connie Provide Memorable Service.
We Bought Our First Honda In 1992 From Rock Hill Honda. Had It Serviced For 15 Years There Because Of The Service People Dave Voci. They Treated My Wife With Respect, Not Like Someone That Didn’t Know Anything About A Car. All The Service People Are Great And That Is The Main Reason We Went There To Buy Our New Car. The Price Was A Little Lower At Another Dealer But They Couldn’t Beat The Service! That’s #1 In Our Mind.
