Actual August Comments from our Sales and Service Customers……

CUSTOMER STATED THE FINANCE MGR WAS VERY GOOD.

CUSTOMER STATED THE DLR STAFF WERE ALL GREAT. SHE SAID THE PAPERWORK WAS VERY EFFICIENT. SHE SAID THIS IS THE BEST DLR THEY HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE FAMILY HAS PURCHASED NINE VEHICLES FROM THE DLR.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SERVICE DEPT IS EXCELLENT. COBBY SIMPSON IN THE SERVICE DEPT IS WONDERFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE SAID WESLIE THE SALESPERSON WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THE DEALERSHIP WAS EXCELLENT AND GAVE HIM THE PRICE HE WANTED AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I Have Purchased Honda Vehicles From Three Different Dealerships In The Charlotte Area. The Last Two Have Been From This Dealership And One Of The Main Reasons Is The Service I've Received From Tim Chandler And The Other Service Writers.

I Had An Excellent Experience At The Dealership. I Was Most Impressed With The Young Lady Who Helped Me At The Check-in Desk. She Was So Friendly & Kind.

IT WAS VERY SIMPLE. IT WAS EASILY EXPLAINED AND THEY WERE STRAIGHTFORWARD. THERE WERE NO SURPRISES.


CUSTOMER STATED PETE MCCLEVE IS A GREAT SALESPERSON. THIS WAS HIS NINTH VEHICLE THAT HE HAS PURCHASED FROM HIM IN THE PAST 25 YEARS. REGARDING OTHER DLR STAFF, HE SAID CHRIS RICE WHO IS IN THE SERVICE DEPT AND THE REST OF THE SERVICE DEPT GET A SIX BECAUSE THEY ARE OUTSTANDING. CHRIS RICE IS VERY DEPENDABLE AND A GREAT SERVICE PERSON.


THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT.


I ALWAYS GET EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM HONDA CARS OF ROCK HILL.

THEY WERE READY FOR ME WHEN I GOT THERE. THEY PROVIDED ME A LOANER CAR BECAUSE I WAS FROM OUT OF TOWN. THEY HAVE A GOOD LOUNGE FOR WAITING. THE PEOPLE WERE COURTEOUS. THIS IS THE FOURTH HONDA WE HAVE BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY KEPT US INFORMED ON WHAT WAS HAPPENING AS THE DAY WENT BY.

WHEN I GO OVER THERE, I GET VERY COURTEOUS PEOPLE AROUND. THEY HAVE COFFEE, COOKIES, MAGAZINES, AND TV. THEY HAVE VERY CLEAN AND NICE RESTROOMS AND WAITING ROOM AS WELL. THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE.

THEY LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS. I TRUST THEM. EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT.
