Cam Stewart, HCRH GM, makes the 2010 Teacher of the Year Presentation

Our GM, Cam Stewart was privileged to present Rock Hill's Teacher of the Year, Julia Marshall with a $600 gift card to the Grove Park Inn (from the Greater Charlotte Automobile Dealers Association) and some flowers today at Oakdale Elementary. Principal McVann was great in helping us coordinate a perfect time and keeping our visit a secret. Ms. Marshall was thrilled with the token of appreciation! HCRH gave her an “event” with Homer the dragon mascot of the Charlotte Knights. It just so happens that Oakdale’s mascot is a dragon and Ms. Marshall’s son plays professional baseball (and at one time with the Knights) so it was a perfect fit for her!
Julie Storm from CN2 covered the event. Congratulations to Julia Marshall and Thank YOU for all you do!!!
