Marvin Dunham has been voted as SERVICE DEPARTMENT Employee of the Month for May 2010. Marvin has been with Honda Cars of Rock Hill since February 2004.

Help us Support Cell Phones for Soldiers.....Cell Phones for Soldiers is a great program and we want to help in their mission to collect one million phones this year which is why we’re asking our employees and those within our communities to donate any cell phone, new or used, to our dealership. “Over the past few year...s, we have been amazed by the generosity of others. But, we have also seen the need to support our troops continue.” says Brittany Bergquist, Cell Phones for Soldiers co-founder. “It is easy for Americans to make a small sacrifice of support by donating a cell phone, and providing families with a much-needed connection to their loved ones overseas.”

About Cell Phones for Soldiers: Cell Phones for Soldiers was created by Brittany & Robbie Bergquist of Norwell MA. After reading a story about a soldier who ran up a huge phone bill calling home from Iraq, these two teenagers decided to help out. They started by opening an account with $21.00 of their own money. They are collecting cash donations and old cell phones. The cell phones are recycled for cash and the proceeds are used to buy prepaid calling cards for our soldiers serving in the Middle East. To date, they have provided more than 60 million minutes of calling time through 2009. Cell Phones For Soldiers is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Jonathon enjoys playing softball and building cornhole boards.

Tim Chandler has been recognized as the Service Advisor for November here at HCRH. He is ASE Certified and a Hendrick Master Service Consultant. He has been with HCRH for 15 years. Tim lives in Rock Hill with his wife of 8 years, Jennifer, and their 4 year old daughter, Meghan.

PARTS DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Daniel Cox has been voted Parts Department Employee of the Month at HCRH for November by his fellow employees. He has been with HCRH for a little over a year. Daniel enjoys Clemson Football and playing golf. He was recently married, November 14th, to Kayla Simpson. Kayla is the twin sister to Colby Simpson a Service Advisor here at HCRH.
