More February Customer Comments

THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I HAVE HAD FIVE VEHICLES FROM THERE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS ON MY LAST VISIT. I HAD NO PROBLEMS.

I Really Like Both Dave Voci And Connie Underwood. Both Have Helped Me Recently And Both Are Great Assets To The Team. Not Many People Can Name Their Auto Service Customer Service Reps, But Dave And Connie Provide Memorable Service.

We Bought Our First Honda In 1992 From Rock Hill Honda. Had It Serviced For 15 Years There Because Of The Service People Dave Voci. They Treated My Wife With Respect, Not Like Someone That Didn’t Know Anything About A Car. All The Service People Are Great And That Is The Main Reason We Went There To Buy Our New Car. The Price Was A Little Lower At Another Dealer But They Couldn’t Beat The Service! That’s #1 In Our Mind.


CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON, MIKE LANIER, WAS VERY HELPFUL, WONDERFUL AND REFERRED HIM TO HER FAMILY. SHE SAID EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND ANSWERED ALL HER QUESTIONS.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN WHAT THEY DID. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT YET. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY GOOD, TOO.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, ACCURATE, QUICK AND THOROUGH.

CUSTOMER SAID HIS SALESPERSON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

CUSTOMER STATED HER SALESPERSON PAUL BECKMAN WAS EXCELLENT.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON PETE MCCLEAVE WAS GOOD.

I CALLED THEM AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I TOOK MY CAR IN. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND GOT IT BACK TO ME. THEY WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT.

EVERY TIME I GO THERE, EVERYONE IS NICE TO ME. EVERYONE IS GREAT. I HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR SIX YEARS.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING I WENT IN FOR.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD, HELPFUL AND STRAIGHTFORWARD.

CUSTOMER STATED DANELLE, HER SALESPERSON, WAS WONDERFUL. SHE SAID SAM REYNOLDS, THE MGR, WAS ALSO GREAT.

CUSTOMER STATED FREDERICK WOOFIN, HER SALESPERSON WAS VERY GOOD. SHE SAID EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE.

HE SAID SALESPERSON DAVID THREATT IS ATTENTIVE AND GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS DONE CORRECTLY FOR THE CUSTOMER. HE SAID HE WOULD RECOMMEND DAVID TO ANYONE. HE SAID THE TRANSACTION PROCESS TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR OR LESS. CUSTOMER STATED THIS WAS THE FOURTH HONDA HE HAS PURCHASED FROM THIS DLR. HE SAID HE WILL RETURNING TO THEM SHORTLY TO PURCHASE A HONDA ODYSSEY.

CUSTOMER STATED HASKELL CHISOLM WAS WONDERFUL SALESPERSON.

CUSTOMER STATED SAM IN INTERNET SALES AND DAVID THREAT THE SALESPERSON WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE PEOPLE WERE VERY GOOD. THEY TREATED ME VERY COURTEOUSLY AND WERE NICE TO DEAL WITH. WHILE I WAS WAITING, WHICH WASN'T AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME, I SAW THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD ME THE VEHICLE. HE CAME OVER AND TALKED TO ME. IT IS A NICE PLACE.

CUSTOMER STATED SALESPERSON GARY WAS VERY HELPFUL AS THIS WAS HIS FIRST LEASE AND BEING FROM CANADA HIS PARENTS WERE NOT WITH HIM AND GARY WAS GREAT.

SHE SAID THE SALESPERSON, PAUL BECKMAN, WAS VERY GOOD.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE NICE AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS.

THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE TIMELY AND EFFICIENT. THEY EXPLAIN THINGS.

IT WAS THE OVERALL PACKAGE. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUES RIGHT AWAY. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY ARE SOME OF THE MOST PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HONDA CARS OF ROCK HILL FOR 13 YEARS, AND THEY ARE THE BEST I EVER BEEN TO. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON DAVID THREATT WAS GREAT. SHE SAID THE FINANCE MGR JASON FOLLOWED UP WITH HER AND WAS VERY NICE. SHE SAID EVERYBODY AT THE DLR WAS GREAT.

CUSTOMER STATED HIS SALESMAN, MIKE LANEER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. TRANSACTION TOOK AN HOUR TO BUY HIS TRUCK.

SHE SAID JIM SCOTT, HER SALESPERSON, WAS EXCELLENT, PLEASANT, AND THOUGHTFUL. SHE SAID HE WAS REALLY GOOD WITH THE PAPERWORK.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON DANIELLE WENT OVER ALL THE FEATURES AND CONTROLS WITH HER VERY THOROUGHLY.

CUSTOMER STATED SHE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY HER SALESPERSON PETER MCCLEAVE.

SHE SAID HER SALESPERSON JIM SCOTT WAS INCREDIBLE, WAS EVERYTHING OPPOSITE OF A STEREO TYPICAL SALESPERSON, A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND WAS VERY ENTHUSIASTIC IN HELPING SURPRISE HER DAUGHTER WITH THE VEHICLE.

More February Comments from our Sales and Service Customers……

CUSTOMER STATED SALESPERSON PETE WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL.

I LIKE THOSE PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY NICE, POLITE AND HELPFUL. THEY WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN FOR ME. IT WAS ONE OF THOSE THINGS WHERE THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS, BUT I DID NOT EXPECT GREAT SERVICE. IF I HAVE TO GO TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR SOMETHING, I DO NOT DREAD IT. EVEN IF I WALK IN THERE WITH STUPID QUESTIONS, THEY HELP OUT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

I GOT EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE ATTITUDE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE FRIENDLY. IT WAS A GOOD ATMOSPHERE AS WELL. THEY DID GOOD WORK WITH MY CAR.

THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME WAS VERY HELPFUL.

CUSTOMER STATED SHE DID NOT WISH TO COMMENT ON ANYONE IN PARTICULAR BUT THEY WERE ALL PRETTY GREAT.

CUSTOMER STATED MIKE EASLEY HIS SALESPERSON WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT.

CUSTOMER STATED SALESPERSON JIM SCOTT WAS WONDERFUL. SHE SAID THIS IS THE THIRD VEHICLE SHE HAS PURCHASED FROM JIM.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON MIKE EASLEY WAS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON JASON WHITTINGTON DID A NICE JOB. HE SAID JASON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE OF HIS NEEDS.

I LIKE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE.

IT WAS GOOD SERVICE. THEY WERE TIMELY AND HELPFUL.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS TREATED ME KINDLY. THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT QUICKLY. I USUALLY DEAL WITH CHRIS RICE. I CALLED HIM DIRECTLY FOR SERVICE.

THEY ARE ALWAYS REALLY FRIENDLY. THEY EXACTLY LOOKED AND DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO LOOK AND DO. THEY CHECKED IT OUT AND LET ME KNOW IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS THAT I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT.

CUSTOMER STATED DAVID THREATT, THE SALESPERSON, HANDLED EVERYTHING GREAT. HE SAID HE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS THAT HIS SALESPERSON HAD MADE FOR HIM.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON, DAN MITCHELL, WAS REALLY GOOD, POLITE AND WORKED OUT THINGS FOR HIM.

SHE SAID HASKELL CHISHOLM HER SALESPERSON WAS WONDERFUL. THEY WENT BACK TO HIM FOR EVERY PURCHASE BECAUSE HE IS GREAT, SHE SAID HE IS LIKE FAMILY NOW AND A REALLY SUPER PERSON.

CUSTOMER STATED DAVID THREATT HIS SALESPERSON DID A WONDERFUL JOB. HE SAID HE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYONE AT THE DLR WHO BENT OVER BACKWARD TO HELP HIM, AND BUDDY IN FINANCE DID A GREAT JOB. HE SAID PAPERWORK PROCESS WAS VERY PROFESSIONALLY DONE.

I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED GOOD SERVICE.

IT WAS FAST. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

IT WAS GOOD AND EFFICIENT. THEY GOT IT DONE ON TIME.

I Must Admit The Service Tech. Was Very Helpful And Answered Every Question I Had. He Even Gave Me Some Added Advice And Put Me At Ease About Having Work Accomplished There. They Have My Rate For Excellence.

CUSTOMER STATED PURCHASING A VEHICLE IS USUALLY A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE FOR HER BUT RUSS, HER SALESPERSON, DID A GREAT JOB. SHE SAID SAM CARR AND WAYNE, WHO ARE BOTH IN FINANCE WERE VERY HELPFUL.

Actual Comments from our Sales and Service Customers……

THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND NICE. THEY DID NOT KEEP ME WAITING. IT WAS DONE ON TIME.

HAD NO REASON NOT TO RATE IT EXCELLENT. IT WAS LIKE A TRUE SERVICE. I BOUGHT THE CAR THE NIGHT BEFORE AND TOOK IT IN THE NEXT DAY FOR THEM TO DO WHAT THEY DO BEFORE DELIVERING THE CAR. I ASKED THEM TO CHECK THE VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL AND THEY DID. I TOOK IT IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. I HAD NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON WAS GREAT. REGARDING OTHER DLR STAFF, HE SAID THE FINANCE PERSON WAS GREAT.

CUSTOMER STATED JASON, THE SALESPERSON, WAS EXCELLENT AND SO WAS JOEL, THE FINANCE PERSON.

I LIKE THE SERVICE AT HONDA CARS OF ROCK HILL. THAT IS WHY I GO THERE.

Customer Thank You

To: Cam Stewart, General Manager, Honda Cars of Rock Hill
Dear Mr. Stewart,
My wife has driven Honda Odyssey vans for the last 8 years and we have had them serviced "only" at your dealership. We are happy with the dependability of our van, but even more so with your service department, especially Chris Rice. Chris has "always" been personable and dependable when we needed service or repairs, getting our vehicle in and out in a timely manner, making sure the van was ready when promised. He has "always" returned calls within a reasonable time and made sure we knew exactly what was going on with our vehicle. I realize the service technicians have the main role in repairing and servicing our van and they deserve our compliments, too, but Chris treats us as a "friend" each time we come in and seems genuine in his caring attitude that we receive the best service possible. This also gives us a feeling that our dealings there are with honest people, which these days can be difficult to find. We feel Chris is quite an asset to you and his ability to exceed our expectations makes us happy that we chose your dealership. Our only regret is that we did not commend Chris to you before now. Thank you, Chris, for all your help over the years!
