My wife has driven Honda Odyssey vans for the last 8 years and we have had them serviced "only" at your dealership. We are happy with the dependability of our van, but even more so with your service department, especially Chris Rice. Chris has "always" been personable and dependable when we needed service or repairs, getting our vehicle in and out in a timely manner, making sure the van was ready when promised. He has "always" returned calls within a reasonable time and made sure we knew exactly what was going on with our vehicle. I realize the service technicians have the main role in repairing and servicing our van and they deserve our compliments, too, but Chris treats us as a "friend" each time we come in and seems genuine in his caring attitude that we receive the best service possible. This also gives us a feeling that our dealings there are with honest people, which these days can be difficult to find. We feel Chris is quite an asset to you and his ability to exceed our expectations makes us happy that we chose your dealership. Our only regret is that we did not commend Chris to you before now. Thank you, Chris, for all your help over the years!
