More February Customer Comments

THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I HAVE HAD FIVE VEHICLES FROM THERE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS ON MY LAST VISIT. I HAD NO PROBLEMS.

I Really Like Both Dave Voci And Connie Underwood. Both Have Helped Me Recently And Both Are Great Assets To The Team. Not Many People Can Name Their Auto Service Customer Service Reps, But Dave And Connie Provide Memorable Service.

We Bought Our First Honda In 1992 From Rock Hill Honda. Had It Serviced For 15 Years There Because Of The Service People Dave Voci. They Treated My Wife With Respect, Not Like Someone That Didn’t Know Anything About A Car. All The Service People Are Great And That Is The Main Reason We Went There To Buy Our New Car. The Price Was A Little Lower At Another Dealer But They Couldn’t Beat The Service! That’s #1 In Our Mind.


CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON, MIKE LANIER, WAS VERY HELPFUL, WONDERFUL AND REFERRED HIM TO HER FAMILY. SHE SAID EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND ANSWERED ALL HER QUESTIONS.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON DID A GOOD JOB.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON MIKE WAS VERY GOOD.

CUSTOMER STATED SALESPERSON DAVID WAS THE MOST HONEST AND BEST SALESPERSON HE EVER HAD.

CUSTOMER STATED THEY HAVE BOUGHT THEIR LAST TWO VEHICLES FROM DANIELLE THE SALESPERSON.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN WHAT THEY DID. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT YET. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY GOOD, TOO.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, ACCURATE, QUICK AND THOROUGH.

CUSTOMER SAID HIS SALESPERSON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

CUSTOMER STATED HER SALESPERSON PAUL BECKMAN WAS EXCELLENT.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON PETE MCCLEAVE WAS GOOD.

I CALLED THEM AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I TOOK MY CAR IN. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND GOT IT BACK TO ME. THEY WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT.

EVERY TIME I GO THERE, EVERYONE IS NICE TO ME. EVERYONE IS GREAT. I HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR SIX YEARS.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING I WENT IN FOR.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD, HELPFUL AND STRAIGHTFORWARD.

CUSTOMER STATED DANELLE, HER SALESPERSON, WAS WONDERFUL. SHE SAID SAM REYNOLDS, THE MGR, WAS ALSO GREAT.

CUSTOMER STATED FREDERICK WOOFIN, HER SALESPERSON WAS VERY GOOD. SHE SAID EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE.

HE SAID SALESPERSON DAVID THREATT IS ATTENTIVE AND GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS DONE CORRECTLY FOR THE CUSTOMER. HE SAID HE WOULD RECOMMEND DAVID TO ANYONE. HE SAID THE TRANSACTION PROCESS TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR OR LESS. CUSTOMER STATED THIS WAS THE FOURTH HONDA HE HAS PURCHASED FROM THIS DLR. HE SAID HE WILL RETURNING TO THEM SHORTLY TO PURCHASE A HONDA ODYSSEY.

CUSTOMER STATED HASKELL CHISOLM WAS WONDERFUL SALESPERSON.

CUSTOMER STATED SAM IN INTERNET SALES AND DAVID THREAT THE SALESPERSON WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE PEOPLE WERE VERY GOOD. THEY TREATED ME VERY COURTEOUSLY AND WERE NICE TO DEAL WITH. WHILE I WAS WAITING, WHICH WASN'T AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME, I SAW THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD ME THE VEHICLE. HE CAME OVER AND TALKED TO ME. IT IS A NICE PLACE.

CUSTOMER STATED SALESPERSON GARY WAS VERY HELPFUL AS THIS WAS HIS FIRST LEASE AND BEING FROM CANADA HIS PARENTS WERE NOT WITH HIM AND GARY WAS GREAT.

SHE SAID THE SALESPERSON, PAUL BECKMAN, WAS VERY GOOD.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE NICE AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS.

THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE TIMELY AND EFFICIENT. THEY EXPLAIN THINGS.

IT WAS THE OVERALL PACKAGE. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUES RIGHT AWAY. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY ARE SOME OF THE MOST PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HONDA CARS OF ROCK HILL FOR 13 YEARS, AND THEY ARE THE BEST I EVER BEEN TO. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON DAVID THREATT WAS GREAT. SHE SAID THE FINANCE MGR JASON FOLLOWED UP WITH HER AND WAS VERY NICE. SHE SAID EVERYBODY AT THE DLR WAS GREAT.

CUSTOMER STATED HIS SALESMAN, MIKE LANEER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. TRANSACTION TOOK AN HOUR TO BUY HIS TRUCK.

SHE SAID JIM SCOTT, HER SALESPERSON, WAS EXCELLENT, PLEASANT, AND THOUGHTFUL. SHE SAID HE WAS REALLY GOOD WITH THE PAPERWORK.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON DANIELLE WENT OVER ALL THE FEATURES AND CONTROLS WITH HER VERY THOROUGHLY.

CUSTOMER STATED SHE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY HER SALESPERSON PETER MCCLEAVE.

SHE SAID HER SALESPERSON JIM SCOTT WAS INCREDIBLE, WAS EVERYTHING OPPOSITE OF A STEREO TYPICAL SALESPERSON, A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND WAS VERY ENTHUSIASTIC IN HELPING SURPRISE HER DAUGHTER WITH THE VEHICLE.
