June Customer Comments..........

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON BUDDY WAS GOOD BECAUSE HE FOLLOWED THROUGH THROUGHOUT THE PURCHASE AND THAT THE FINANCE PERSON WAYNE MICHALAK WAS GREAT AND EXCELLENT BECAUSE HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE THROUGHOUT THE PURCHASE. SHE SAID SHE WAS THANKFUL THAT THEY WERE PREPARED AHEAD OF TIME WITH THE PAPERWORK GOT DONE QUICKLY.


CUSTOMER STATED HE IS ACTUALLY THINKING ABOUT ANOTHER PURCHASE AND HAS RECOMMENDED OTHERS.

HE SAID THE SALESPERSON HASKELL WAS GOOD.

THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS BENDING OVER BACKWARD TO MAKE EVERYTHING PERFECT. THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I FEEL LIKE I CAN TRUST THEM.

IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD SERVICE EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE. THE PEOPLE TREATED ME NICELY.

THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE WHEN I CALL. THEY CAN USUALLY GET ME IN THE NEXT DAY. I CAN LEAVE MY CAR THERE WHEN THEY OPEN AND THEY LOCK THE KEYS IN THE CAR SO THAT I CAN PICK IT UP AFTER HOURS. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. I WENT IN TO GET WHAT I WANTED DONE. THEY GOT IT DONE THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB FROM MAKING THE APPOINTMENTS TO THE REPAIRS. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON, WAS EXCELLENT. REGARDING OTHER DLR STAFF, HE SAID TIM CHANDLER, HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND IN THE SERVICE DEPT. TIM, WAS THE REASON HE WENT BACK TO DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON, JIM SCOTT, WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

CUSTOMER STATED IT WAS HIS FOURTH PURCHASE FROM THE SALESPERSON PETE MCCLEAVE AND HE WAS VERY PLEASED.

THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON EVEN IF THERE ARE 10 PEOPLE THERE.

THE SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY AND QUICK. THEY ARE ALWAYS NICE.


THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, AND SPEEDY.

CUSTOMER STATED THE FINANCE MGR WAS VERY GOOD, THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON, MICHAEL LANIER, WAS REAL NICE AND A GOOD PERSON AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE SAID THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS REAL NICE AND VERY PATIENT.

CUSTOMER STATED HER FINANCE MANAGER MARK WAS GOOD AND HELPFUL.

THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS REALLY OUTSTANDING BY EXPLAINING EVERY THING THROUGHOUT THE TRANSACTION. HE SAID THE SALESPERSON MR. CARR CALLED TWICE TO CHECK UP ON THE PURCHASE.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON BEN WAS GREAT.

EVERY SERVICE I HAVE HAD DONE ON THAT CAR HAS BEEN DONE AT ROCK HILL HONDA. THEY TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF THE CAR. I AM TREATED WITH RESPECT. THEY TREAT ME LIKE I KNOW ABOUT MY CAR AND DO NOT GIVE ME SOMETHING I DO NOT NEED. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT TO WORK WITH.

THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB AND ARE VERY GOOD TO DEAL WITH. I ALWAYS DEAL WITH THE SAME PEOPLE. THEY ARE NUMBER ONE.

THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMMODATE US. THE TRANSMISSION WENT BAD AND OUR WARRANTY EXPIRED EIGHT DAYS PRIOR TO THAT. THEY HONORED THE WARRANTY AND TOOK CARE OF ALL THE DETAILS, THOUGH. THEY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

SHE SAID THE SALESPERSON WAS HELPFUL AND SHE APPRECIATED THE KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER THAT HE USED TO HELP HER. SHE SAID THE STAFF SHE MET WERE ALL FRIENDLY. SHE SAID THE PROCESS WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND SHE WAS PLEASED.

CUSTOMER STATED THE BUSINESS MANAGER WAS EXCELLENT.

CUSTOMER STATED EVERYONE AT THE DLR STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. SHE SAID THE FINANCE MGR WAS GOOD AND FRIENDLY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING SO SHE COULD UNDERSTAND IT.

IT WAS A FIVE BECAUSE OF THE CALIBER OF THE PEOPLE.

THEY WERE PERSONABLE, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY.

THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE, TREAT ME WELL, AND GET ME IN AND OUT.

THE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN I CALLED. I TOOK IT RIGHT THERE. THEY GAVE ME AMAZING SERVICE.
