Actual Comments from our Sales and Service Customers……

CUSTOMER STATED HIS SALESPERSON HAS BEEN GREAT THE LAST THREE PURCHASES. HE SAID EVERYONE AT THE DLR WAS GREAT. HE SAID REGARDING HIS DLR RECOMMENDATION, THEY ARE RETURNING CUSTOMERS AND THEY OFTEN SEND OTHERS AS WELL.

CUSTOMER STATED A WOMAN FROM THE SERVICE DEPT, CONNIE, IS ALWAYS SO NICE. SHE SAID EVERYONE IS SO NICE. SHE SAID THE PAPERWORK PROCESS WAS VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND WENT VERY FAST.

I WAS PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING.

WHEN YOU DEAL WITH OTHER DEALERS, THIS ONE SEEMS TO BE AHEAD OF THE OTHERS. IN ORDER TO MAKE A STATEMENT LIKE THAT, YOU HAVE TO GO TO OTHER DEALERS, WHICH I HAVE DONE. THE OTHERS DO NOT HOLD A CANDLE TO THIS ONE. THEY ARE VERY DISCIPLINED. THE SERVICE MANAGER SHOULD BE APPLAUDED FOR THAT. I HAVE BOUGHT TWO CARS THERE BECAUSE OF THEIR SERVICE STAFF.

EVEN WHEN I AM SITTING AND WAITING, SOMEONE WILL ALWAYS COME BY AND ASK IF I AM OKAY. THEY ARE FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD.

CUSTOMER STATED HIS SALESPERSON DANNY DID A GREAT JOB LISTENING TO HIM AND ANSWERED HIS QUESTIONS AND WANTED TO GIVE HIM A SIX. HE SAID THE BUSINESS MANAGER WAS REALLY GOOD. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NOT HURRIED.

CUSTOMER STATED REGARDING OTHER DLR STAFF, THE FINANCE MANAGER WAYNE WAS GREAT. HE SAID THE DELIVERY PROCESS WAS THOROUGH. REGARDING SATISFACTION WITH THE DLR, HE SAID EVERYONE WAS THOROUGH AND VERY NICE.

CUSTOMER STATED THE FINANCE PERSON WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD, NOT PUSHY AND JUST A GENUINE PERSON TO DEAL WITH. SHE SAID SHE ALREADY HAS RECOMMENDED THIS DLR TO OTHERS.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON WAS GREAT. HE SAID EVERYONE AT THE DLR WAS REAL COOL AND NOT REAL PUSHY.

CUSTOMER STATED HIS SALESPERSON, PAUL, DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THIS WAS THE SECOND VEHICLE HE HAS PURCHASED FROM HIM AND IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH TRANSACTION.

CUSTOMER STATED THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS A VERY NICE PERSON.

I Have Dealt With Honda Cars Of Rh For 20+ Years, I Own 4 Hondas At The Present Time And Will Continue To Depend On Them For Service, Advice And Future Purchases. I Will Do So Because Of The Trust I Have In The Staff And The Treatment I Have Received.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. THEY EXPLAIN WHAT IS WRONG. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. THEY MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE NOT WASTING MY TIME. THEY PROVIDE TRANSPORTATIONS IF IT IS GOING TO TAKE LONGER THAN HALF AN HOUR.

I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM SINCE THE 1990'. THEY ARE TOP-NOTCH.
