On Sept 9th, 2010, Cam Stewart, General Manager of Honda Cars of Rock Hill, presented Patti Tate, this years Rock Hill School District's Teacher of the Year, the keys to a 2010 Honda Accord in recognition of her Award. The next day Cam attended the presentation of the Accord to Patti at Northwestern High School where she is an Advanced Placement English teacher.
The 2010 Accord will be used by Patti and other top teachers throughout the 2010-2011 school year. As Elaine Baker, Rock Hill school spokeswoman, was quoted saying, this will allow them to "go in style" to various educational events they attend throughout the year. Honda Cars of Rock Hill, a proud member of the Hendrick Automotive Group, is proud of all the teachers in our District and looks forward to future partnerships with the School District.
Honda Cars of Rock Hill, sponsor of Homer's Honda Odyssey, held a Family Outing at Knights Stadium on August 21st. Over 100 employees and their family members enjoyed the buffet in the picnic area of Knights Stadium, a great Knights win and the awesome fire works that followed the game. Thanks to the HCRH management for a great night!
