JANUARY CUSTOMER COMMENTS
Actual Comments from our Sales and Service Customers……

CUSTOMER STATED HE HAS NEVER HAD AN EASIER EXPERIENCE. HE SAID THEY WERE EXCELLENT WITH THE PAPERWORK PROCESS AND GETTING HIS VEHICLE CLEANED. HE SAID IT WAS GOOD AND HE WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK. HE SAID THEY DID BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE AND HIS WIFE LOVES THE VEHICLE.

THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO WITH THE CAR. EVERYTHING WENT SO WELL.

THEY HAD FRIENDLY SERVICE AND WERE FAST IN FINISHING MY CAR.

THE DEALERSHIP IS CLEAN. THEY TREAT ME WITH RESPECT. THEY DID THE WORK IN A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT GROUP OF PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

THE PRICE WAS COMPARIBLE WITH ALL OTHER HONDAS. I LEFT A MESSAGE ON THEIR VOICE MAIL, AND THEY CALLED FOR ME TO BRING IT IN. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY, BUT QUICKER THAN WHAT THEY SAY. THEY TELL ME WHAT TO EXPECT UP FRONT. THEY ALWAYS DO IT QUICKER AND PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME.

IT WAS BECAUSE OF HOW THEY GREET ME AND TREAT ME. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND IT IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.

I HAVE ALWAYS DEALT WITH THEM. THEY ARE VERY GOOD TO DEAL WITH.

EVERYTHING THAT THE LADY SAID WAS DONE ON TIME. THE TIME THAT SHE PROMISED ME WAS HOW LONG IT TOOK. I DID NOT EVEN HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. SHE MADE ROOM FOR ME.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. IT WAS DONE VERY COURTEOUSLY. THEY WERE NICE AND POLITE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE WITHIN A GOOD AND APPLICABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND FIXED SOMETHING.

I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP. THEY ALWAYS FIX WHATEVER NEEDS FIXING AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY.

HE SAID HIS SALESPERSON PETE MCLEAVE WAS A TRUE SALESPERSON AND A GREAT JOY TO WORK WITH. CUSTOMER STATED IT TOOK ABOUT FOUR HOURS FOR THE WHOLE TRANSACTION. HE SAID THE WHOLE DLR DID A GREAT JOB.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON WAS GREAT.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON GARY THORNBURG WAS A VERY GOOD SALESPERSON.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE REALLY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I AM UNIMPORTANT. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY APPRECIATE ME.

THEY DID WHAT I ASKED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH ANY OTHER DEALERSHIPS.

HAD NO PROBLEM. I BROUGHT IT THERE, AND THEY HAD IT DONE BEFORE I GOT BACK. THEY WERE ON TOP OF IT. THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON CALLED TO VERIFY IF HE WAS PLEASED WITH THE PURCHASE. CUSTOMER STATED HE WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE.

CUSTOMER STATED HIS SALESPERSON PAUL BECKMAN WAS OUTSTANDING.

CUSTOMER STATED DAVID TREATT WAS A GREAT SALESPERSON. HE SAID HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD SALESPERSON TO DEAL WITH AND HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING WELL AND IF HE COULD RATE HIM A SIX HE COULD.

CUSTOMER STATED HIS SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL.

CUSTOMER STATED SALESPERSON WAS REALLY NICE, HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ANSWER HER QUESTIONS.

I WAS ABLE TO GET A VERY QUICK APPOINTMENT WHICH WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. WHEN I TOOK IT IN, I WAS GIVEN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THEM TO ACCOMPLISH IT. THEY WERE DONE AHEAD OF THE SCHEDULE AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. WE ACTUALLY SWITCHED TO THEM INSTEAD OF GOING TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. WE HAD BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM SINCE WE SWITCHED.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESPERSON CALLED TO VERIFY IF HE WAS PLEASED WITH THE PURCHASE. CUSTOMER STATED HE WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE.

CUSTOMER STATED THAT HASKELL CHISHOLM WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO HIM AND THEY WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM AS WELL.

HE SAID THE SALESPERSON, DAVID THREATT, WAS GREAT. HE SAID EVERYONE WAS NICE. HE SAID REGARDING REVIEWING AND SIGNING THE PAPERWORK, EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH. CUSTOMER STATED HE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THE DLR. HE SAID HE IS GLAD HE PURCHASED A HONDA.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS REALLY GOOD. THEY KEPT REALLY GOOD TIME AND TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME.

THEY ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS. THE FACILITY IS CLEAN AND ATTRACTIVE. OVERALL, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE PRICE WAS GOOD.

THE SALESPERSON, WESLEY, WAS A NICE GUY, EASY TO WORK WITH AND MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE VERY GOOD. THE FINANCIAL AREA HAS A NICE POP UP SCREEN THAT EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND THEY APPRECIATED THE PROCESS. THE PROCESS WITH THE SCREEN ANSWERING ALL THE AVAILABLE FEATURES OR ADD ONS AVAILABLE. THIS WAS THEIR FIRST NEW VEHICLE. INCLUDING SHOPPING TIME MAYBE THREE HOURS TOTAL TIME.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE. THEY TAKE CARE OF ME AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING. THEY ARE CALM AND POLITE. THEY MAKE US COMFORTABLE.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME GOOD SERVICE. MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY BUY THEIR CARS THERE, AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS. THEY ARE KIND, QUICK AND TO THE POINT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE.

THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IN THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE. IT WAS DONE AT A FAIR PRICE

THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEMS.

CUSTOMER STATED THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT.

IT WAS BECAUSE OF EVERYTHING YOU ASKED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ALL THE WAY THROUGH. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED.

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE EVERY TIME I GO THERE. THEY KNOW ME ON A FIRST NAME BASIS. THEY GET ME IN AND OUT QUICKLY.

IT WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, THEY DID IT. THEY DID IT IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

THEY LET ME KNOW WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY GAVE ME THE PRICE UP-FRONT AND THEY DID NOT TRY TO HIDE ANYTHING.
